CHAIRMAN AND CEO
Larry Davis is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at AgoNow.
Before co-founding AgoNow, LLC, Larry served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Stellar Industrial Supply, an industrial distribution business based in Tacoma, WA. Larry had responsibility for internal and external commercial resources including sales, solutions, specialists and pricing/merchandising. Larry also led the collaboration of teams to evaluate markets, customer segments, product categories and services to calibrate strategy and the organization’s value proposition alignment.
Before joining Stellar, Larry spent 30+ years in distribution, with 20+ years in industrial markets. He served as president at one of the largest master distributors in the industrial market from 2009-2014 after holding senior leadership roles in information technology, customer care, marketing and merchandising from 1999-2009. He also served as a section 16 officer and member of the senior leadership team of the master distributor's parent, a Fortune 500 company.
Larry is a member of the Modern Distribution Management Editorial Advisory Board and previously served on the Industrial Supply Association Board of Directors.
Larry and his wife, Caron, live in Tulsa, OK, with their children.
John Allenbach is the President of Sales at AgoNow.
Before co-founding AgoNow, LLC, John spent 30+ years in the industrial/construction marketplace. Most recently John was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Apex Tool Group where he led the integration of the former Cooper Tools and Danaher Tool Group brands under the Apex umbrella. John was with Apex from the beginning in 2010, continuing his previous service of 14 years spent with the Danaher Corporation.
While with Danaher, John rose to be President of three divisions simultaneously including Delta Consolidated and The Professional Tool Division. In his 7+ years as President of Delta, the business grew sales and profitability significantly.
Before Danaher, John spent 12 years with Black & Decker in increasing responsibility roles in sales and marketing concentrating mostly in the I/C markets. His last position with Black & Decker was as Vice President of Sales for the industrial/construction business.
John has served on boards of several industry organizations including ISA/ASMMA, Affiliated Distributors, Evergreen Marketing Group and Sphere 1. He is currently a member of the Modern Distribution Management Editorial Advisory Board.
John earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL. He and his wife Debbie live in West Palm Beach, FL, and they have four grown children.
CIO AND VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
Mike Denning is the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Operations at AgoNow.
Before co-founding AgoNow, Mike served as Vice President of Business Development and Analytics at one of the largest master distributors in the industrial market. Mike held different positions including leading IT, customer service, M&A and analytics. Mike actively engaged in cross-functional teams across the organization, as well as led enterprise-wide initiatives.
Before that, Mike held various roles in technology related fields including implementation consulting with a large ERP provider, IT management with distribution companies and a nonprofit education/certification organization.
Mike has served as president of the Infor CIO Council, a customer-based advisory group for Infor, as well as on various industry committees. Additionally, Mike is actively involved with personal investments in various real estate holdings, small businesses, and a venture capital fund.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics/finance from Iowa Wesleyan College, as well as an MBA in technology management from the University of Phoenix.
Mike makes his home in Tulsa, OK, with his wife and son.
VICE PRESIDENT, SALES
Dennis Brown is the Vice President of Sales at AgoNow with a focus on managing the Welding Distribution business while playing a supporting role in Industrial and Commercial Construction Distribution.
Before joining AgoNow, Dennis spent more than 30 years in welding, industrial and construction markets working with local, regional and national distributors. Most of his career was spent working for Weiler Corp., Cresco, Penn. Key management positions included his most recent role as Director of Strategic Business. Previous roles included Vice President of Distribution and Channel Management and National Sales Manager. He has been an active member of the Welding Equipment Manufacturers Committee (WEMCO) and served for over 10 years on the executive committee. He is also a past chairman. He currently serves on the Marketing Action Committee of the American Welding Society (AWS). In 2010, he received a WEMCO/AWS achievement award "in recognition of his career contributions to WEMCO and the welding industry."
Dennis has a well-established track record of working with and understanding the needs of local, regional and national distributors.
Dennis resides with his wife Diana in Myrtle Beach, S.C., and has two children and three beautiful little granddaughters.
VICE PRESIDENT, MERCHANDISING
Jake Kilian is the Vice President of Merchandising at AgoNow.
Before co-founding AgoNow, LLC, Jake was the co-owner of Triangle Marketing Group, LLC, an industrial/contractor manufacturer’s representative agency based in Oklahoma City, OK. Jake had responsibility for supplier negotiations to ensure sales goal alignment. He also managed inventory for three distributing warehouse locations. It was imperative the culture of the business was positive, and the portfolio had well-rounded product categories that allowed customers to diversify for increased sales opportunity.
Before working at Triangle Marketing Group, LLC, Jake served as Director of Merchandising at one of the largest master distributors in the industrial market. Jake also held the position of Territory Sales Manager, in which he averaged multiple years of sales growth of over 30% and was awarded Salesman of the Year in 2012.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in public relations from Oklahoma State University.
Jake makes his home in Tulsa, OK, with his fiancé Stephanie.
VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING
Chet Hood is the Vice President of Marketing at AgoNow.
Before co-founding AgoNow, LLC, Chet served as Director of Merchandising at one of the largest master distributors in the industrial market. Chet spent more than 26 years in various roles within merchandising and marketing. Chet actively engaged in cross-functional teams across the organization and was also a member of the leadership team.
He earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Safety Management from Northeastern State University, as well as an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Chet makes his home in Broken Arrow, OK, with his wife Katie and has two grown children.
CHIEF OF STAFF
Ashlee Steward is the Chief of Staff at AgoNow.
Before co-founding AgoNow, LLC, Ashlee served as an Executive Assistant at Stellar Industrial Supply, Inc., reporting to the Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer. She had responsibility for managing corporate events and meetings, supporting sales operations and executive relationship management.
Before working with Stellar Industrial Supply, Ashlee served as an executive assistant reporting to the president at one of the largest master distributors in the industrial market. During her time, Ashlee worked with senior executives in support of strategic initiatives, managed corporate events, oversaw the local facility management team and filled a critical role supporting charitable foundation events and associate relations.
Ashlee earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Meetings and Destinations Management from Northeastern State University. She and her husband Travis live in Fort Gibson, OK, with their children.
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ARCHITECT
Rachelle Morgan is the Business Intelligence Architect for AgoNow.
Prior to co-founding AgoNow, Rachelle acted in various roles of business intelligence including reporting analyst, manager of reporting analysts and senior manager of business intelligence at one of the largest master distributors in the industrial market. Rachelle actively collaborated across all business functions to drive the development of analytics to service the organization’s needs, and she also acted as part of the leadership team to help drive innovation and collaborative efforts through the distribution of analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
Rachelle earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Assurance and Forensics from Oklahoma State University. She and her husband Neil live near Tulsa, OK, with their two children.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Michael Galle is the Director of Operations at AgoNow.
Before co-founding AgoNow, Michael served as a senior supply chain consultant and director of business development at LynnCo Supply Chain Solutions in Tulsa, OK. Michael partnered with manufacturers and distributors seeking solutions for improved efficiencies by bringing improved visibility, accountability and operational improvements required to meet the ever-changing demands facing businesses today.
Before his time at LynnCo, Michael spent nearly 12 years at one of the largest master distributors in the industrial market. Initially, Michael was a distribution center manager . Following that, he became the operations process manager responsible for a distribution center expansion project. He then moved into the merchandising department as senior manager of VOW (Value of Wholesale) for three years. Working with the supplier and distributor communities, Michael assisted in creating seamless transitions of business utilizing a pure wholesale model, benefiting all parties involved.
Michael earned his MBA in the fall of 2014 from Southern Nazarene University in Tulsa, OK, and resides in Tulsa with his wife, Colette, and their three grown children.
DISTRIBUTION CENTER MANAGER
Adam Harrolle is the Distribution Center Manager at AgoNow.
Before joining AgoNow, Adam served as the Warehouse Manager for one of Oklahoma’s largest commercial/industrial electrical distributors. During his seven years, Adam was involved in all the aspects of distribution operations. Through his many accomplishments, Adam earned respect from fellow employees as he worked to promote an environment that rewards teamwork. His work ethic and performance resulted in his gaining responsibility for overall performance of the warehouse with the goal of providing the best possible service to customers.
Adam makes his home in Tulsa, OK, with his wife Magan and daughter.
SENIOR MERCHANDISING MANAGER
Chris Rouse is a Senior Merchandising Manager at AgoNow.
Chris has more than 17 years of experience working in the industrial, welding, safety, commercial construction and energy markets. Over his career, Chris has held roles in merchandising, marketing, customer service and distribution. Most recently and prior to joining AgoNow, Chris was a merchandising manager at a master distributor in the industrial market where he had responsibility for supplier negotiations.
Chris makes his home in Muskogee, OK, with his wife Cheramy and their two children.
SENIOR INSIDE SALES MANAGER
Patrice Jackson is a Senior Inside Sales Manager for AgoNow.
Before co-founding AgoNow, Patrice was a business development manager with R3 Safety. She was also an inside sales manager at one of the largest master distributors in the industrial market. During her time there, she helped to create the inside sales model. Her responsibilities included creating new customer opportunities, while helping the customers achieve their business objectives. Patrice was part of the President's Club, which is a top-performing sales award given to the Best of the Best, every year she was with the organization. She has been in the industrial market for almost 20 years, beginning her career at Airgas Safety as a Senior Account Executive on the resale team. She has been a mentor to new associates, helped to build and maintain reporting systems for maximizing customer interaction, and built strong customer relationships.
Patrice resides in Hampstead, NC, with her husband and their three lovable dogs.
Richard Hiatt is the Sales Coordinator.
Richard has 18 years of experience working in the industrial, welding, safety, commercial construction and energy markets. During his career, Richard has worked his way through the ranks in distribution from warehouse operations to streamlining internal business processes, as well as managing sales activity. He has enjoyed developing strong customer relationships over the years and is looking forward to collaborating with the team at AgoNow LLC. Before joining AgoNow, Richard was a sales consultant at a master distributor in the industrial market.
Richard resides in Claremore, OK, with his wife, and they have five children.
INSIDE SALES MANAGER
Courtney started her career in the industrial market after graduating from Oklahoma State University. Before AgoNow, Courtney spent four years at a master distributor in the industrial market. Courtney worked with new customers, helping them to grow their businesses, before moving into a National Accounts role.
Courtney lives in Claremore, OK, with her husband Sean and their two children.

Before joining AgoNow, Jesse served as a Digital Marketing Manager at Pennwell, a business media, events, and marketing communications company. Prior to that Jesse spent over three years at a master distributor in the industrial market where he held responsibilities in sales and merchandising the 3M Personal Safety line of products.
Jesse earned his MBA in the spring of 2015 from Northeastern State University, and earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Oklahoma State University in 2010. Jesse and his wife Theresa live in Tulsa, OK, with their four children.
